Thrive on Purpose equips individuals, small groups, and churches to move from intention to action by living out three simple, powerful practices:
See People
Noticing and valuing others with intention
Share Love
Building genuine, caring relationships
Serve Neighbors
Responding to real needs in everyday life
It starts small—but it doesn’t stay small.

Nonprofits provide resources. Church small groups provide relationships. Thrive connects the two.
Thrive on Purpose was born from a lifetime of seeing God’s faithfulness through real-life challenges and practical ministry. For decades, its founder has lived out a simple but powerful truth:
Lasting transformation happens in relationships.
Not through quick fixes.
Not through programs alone.
But when people are seen, valued, and supported—and when someone is willing to walk alongside another person toward their next step. Over time, another pattern became clear:
Resources + Relationships + Responsibility = Restoration
Resources matter—but they are only the beginning.
When paired with meaningful relationships, they open the door to something deeper. And when individuals are invited to take personal responsibility for their lives—supported, encouraged, and not left alone—real transformation begins.
This approach shifts everything:
From giving things → to building relationships
From creating dependency → to encouraging responsibility
From doing things for people → to doing life with people
From nonprofits providing resources → to small groups partnering with them to provide relationships.
Instead of simply meeting immediate needs, it restores dignity, builds confidence, and creates lasting, sustainable change.
He saw people.
He built relationships.
He invited action.
And lives were changed.
At Thrive on Purpose, we follow that same pattern.
We help individuals and small groups walk alongside others—not just offering help, but building friendships rooted in dignity, encouragement, and shared responsibility.
What starts as a small step often becomes something much greater.
We believe churches are called to be known not just for services or events, but for relationships.
We call this becoming a One Another Church—where every small group has an outward focus, walking alongside neighbors in need and partnering with local nonprofits to create lasting impact.
What starts small—cleaning a yard, fixing a car, visiting a nursing home—becomes the beginning of something deeper: relationships that lead to real change.

At Thrive on Purpose, our logo reflects the very journey we invite others into.
The acorn represents potential—small beginnings with the power to grow into something strong and lasting.
The soil reminds us that growth is often unseen and sometimes messy. Roots form before results appear.
The tree reflects resilience, stability, and lasting impact—what happens when resources, relationships, and responsibility come together.
And the bee is a deeply personal symbol. Decades ago, the founder’s husband recognized her unique ability to connect, build, and multiply, affectionately calling her “my bumblebee.” That identity has shaped a lifetime of bringing people together and helping communities flourish.
Together, these elements tell a story of seeds planted, growth nurtured, and lives transformed through purposeful, faithful work.
Who are you?
What is your identity in Christ?
Who is God calling you to see?
Whether you are an individual, part of a small group, a church leader, or a nonprofit, you are invited to live in purpose and on purpose, right where you are.
When we anchor our identity in who God says we are, listen for His direction, and step into our calling:
Lives are transformed.
Families are restored.
Communities begin to thrive.
