Worship God on Sunday. Love your neighbors all week long.

How It Works

Thrive on Purpose provides thru a membership. This movement invites churches to turn Sunday worship into a way of life—seeing people, sharing love, and serving neighbors together. These tools included:

Saturday Serve Project to mobilize members to serve widows, single moms and those with needs

Weekly challenge through a blog on how to See People. Share Love. Serve Neighbors that helps individuals take intentional steps of faith

Resources: 52 weekly “love your neighbor” challenges sent via email by your staff, Thrice through Change, Thrive Financially, and simple worksheets pastors/lay people can use for spiritual growth that are White-label so you can add a church logo.

Thrive on Purpose helps people move from awareness to action—spiritually, relationally, and practically.

The Outcome

People begin to:

Live with purpose and thrive instead of drifting

Apply God’s Word to real-life situations

Love their neighbors in meaningful, consistent ways

Churches become places where:

Worship fuels mission

Discipleship is lived out beyond the building

Stories of transformation are regularly celebrated

Thrive on Purpose helps churches worship God on Sunday—and live out that worship all week long.

What tools are available through Thrive:

How can Thrive be a part in the Church Structure:

Small Groups

  • Monthly Service Project:
Each small group includes a once-a-month service project as part of their regular rhythm, creating shared purpose and deeper connection.

Church/Benevolence Structure

  • A Thrive Champion supports and equips Thrive Ambassadors, provides vision and coordination at the church or organization level, and helps ensure the mission is lived out consistently.
  • A Thrive Ambassador leads, coordinates people and organizes a small group service project and writes a story of impact.
  • A Thrive Associate supports a Thrive Ambassador, helps lead service efforts, and prepares to launch or lead a future group.

Connection & Discipleship Path

  • New Attenders / New Believers / New Members Class:

    • Serve together on a project
